Coarse Threaded Scaffold U Head Jacks
The coarse threaded u-head jack is a scaffolding screw jacks used on top of ringlock scaffolding systems to support concrete slab and beam supports in construction.
Coarse threaded U head jack consists of a standard diameter 38mm coarse threaded pipe (hollow type) or rod (solid type), a jack handle (nut) with internal thread, and a U-shaped plug (two-way plug). It is adjustable and can help adjust the ring lock system to a specified height in the concrete form.
Coarse threaded is also called round threaded, quick thread, or strong thread. Coarse threaded U head jacks are more efficient, stronger, and quicker in scaffolding adjusting than normal ACME (4 TPI) threaded U jacks.
Advantages of Coarse Threaded Scaffold Jacks
- Good for Hot Dip Galvanizing Treatment. Coarse threaded scaffold jacks are with 8.0mm teeth distance in screw threads. Good for hot dip galvanizing finish. (Normal ACME scaffold screw thread teeth distance is 6.35mm, Good for E-galvanized treatment)
- Strong and take more weight. The coarse threaded screw jack teeth thickness is 2.5-2.7mm, stronger than ACME 1.8mm
- Stable Work. Coarse threaded scaffold jacks with heavy-duty scaffolding jack handle (jack nut). More stable when joined with scaffold verticals
- Convenient and Efficient. The coarse thread scaffold screw jacks are with less quantity of threaded teeth, jack nut runs quicker from top to bottom in scaffold leveling adjusting.
