Alignment Formwork Clamp (BFD Coupler)
The alignment clamp is an adjustable formwork clamp used to fix two panels in place for the steel panel formwork system. Initially designed by the German formwork company Peri, it has a great function that can be fastened, aligned, and tightened in a single operation. In Germany, the function means “BFD.” So, the alignment formwork clamp is also called formwork BDF Coupler, Trio Coupler, Maximo Coupler, Align Coupler, or Panel Coupler.
The align coupler is adjustable and flexible enough to work with many panel formwork systems. Thus, some companies call it Multi-clamps and Universal locks.
Formwork alignment clamps are high-strength steel structures with forged wedge keys that can take heavy-duty loads from the formwork panels. Their shape resembles a G, so we call them formwork G-type clamps.

Alignment Formwork Clamp
Alignment formwork clamps are pressed G-shaped steel formwork clamps with forged wedge keys.
The align coupler’s adjustable range is 20-255mm, which is larger than that of regular adjustable formwork clamps, like wedge locks.
The align panel clamps are lightweight and easy to align through simple operation in the modular panel formwork system. They are popular worldwide for famous formwork companies like Peri, Doka, etc.
The formwork alignment couplers are galvanised. Galvanising makes them durable and long-lived for repeated use. Packing the formwork clamps inside the timber boxes (cages) makes them easy to stock, ship, and transport.

Zinc plating is also called Electronic Galvanized or cold galvanized. It is with less zinc. In anti-corrosion, zinc-plated is not as good as hot-dip galvanized. It is cheap cost but easy to rusty after 1-2 years. While hot dip galvanized is not easy to corrosion under any weather condition.
Alignment formwork clamp minimum quantity for production is 1000 pcs. If we have stocks, less quantity requirement is possible too.
