Wform120 Steel Panel Formwork System
Wform120 panel formwork is made from high-strength steel profiles in 120mm large sizes. It is high-load and recyclable, making it very popular for large-scale and heavy-load wall and column formwork construction.
The steel panels of the concrete panel formwork are strong and won’t warp, and the 18mm plywood takes high loads in concrete and is not easy to break. After 20-50 times of use, the plywood is replaceable to continue service for the concrete construction.
Wform120 steel panel systems are designed in Germany and compatible with DOKA and Peri 120mm large formwork systems. The steel panel frames are powder-coated and made of S355 steel grade profiles, which are light in self-weight but heavy in weight-bearing.
Compared to conventional timber and plywood formwork systems, steel panel formwork with plywood faces is more durable, extending the life span of the concrete formwork material in concreting and forming.
Wform120 steel panel ply formwork is modular and pre-engineered with designed sizes and specifications. It is simple and fast to install and strip, thus saving time and labour costs in concrete formwork construction.
Compared to the Euroform steel ply forms, the Wform120 formwork system can withstand more load from concrete. It is used mainly for large concrete projects that require the formwork panels to withstand more bearing from the concrete.
