Layher Split Bay (SB) Coupler

The split bay coupler, also called the SB coupler, was designed by Layher Germany and is used to close the gaps between two adjacent decking areas for ringlock scaffolding.

The split bay coupler is composite with one German heavy-duty half coupler(equipped with M14 + 22 flange nut) with one hole rosette plate welded on the coupler.  In construction, the half coupler is fixed on the scaffold ledgers, and the rosette connects to the ledger head of the ringlock U ledger, which is convenient for forming separate work platforms at the desired location. The coupler makes the ringlock scaffold system flexible, efficient and straightforward.
