Base Jack RECT with Locking Plate
The adjustable leg scaffolding for shoring frame system is a type of heavy-duty scaffold screw jack bases used to adjust and level the height of the shoring frame scaffold in construction and placed at the foot of the shoring frame verticals. So it is also called a Scaffold Levelling Leg, Levelling Jack, levelling Feet, Levelling Base Plates or Adjustable Feet For Scaffolding.
Similar to the regular scaffold levelling jack bases, the shoring frame base jack RECT includes three parts: threaded jack spindles or stems, bottom base plates, and handles or nuts on the threaded spindles. But four uniques:
- Diameter: O.D 48mm rather than 38mm
- Jack Stem Thickness: 5mm rather than 4mm
- Base Plate: 8mm rather than 5mm/6mm
- Have a locking plate integrated with frames

Function of the Locking Plates of The Adjustable Scaffold Legs
The locking plates are assembled on the jack nuts of the shoring frame adjustable leg scaffold. Once the desired height has been reached, they secure the scaffold levelling feet to the lock pin of the shoring frames. This prevents the scaffolding jacks from slipping or accidentally adjusting during construction use. The locking plate is particularly important in heavy-duty shoring or scaffolding systems that must maintain precise, stable height for safety and functionality.
