Ringlock Spigot with U Section

Ringlock spigot with U section is designed with a spigot welded to a U section and secured with two fixing bolts, and is a component of the European ringlock scaffolding system, used to attach ringlock standards to ringlock U transoms and U beams ( U bridging ledger or U lattice girder).

Ringlock U and O Spigot Adapters

Ringlock spigot adapters include U-type and O-type.

U-type spigot adapters are spigots with U sections.

O-type spigot adapters are spigots with half couplers.

Both are components of the ring-system scaffold.

U spigot adapter works with the ringlock U ledgers, U truss ledgers, and U lattice beams receiving the ringlock verticals in construction at the middle of the U section horizontals(components)

A spigot adapter is also called a spigot with a half coupler; it works with the ringock O ledgers, O truss ledgers (bridging), or O lattice beams. The reason is that the half coupler has an O.D. of 48.3 mm, and the ringlock O horizontals are made from standard 48.3 mm scaffold tubes.
