PVC Cone System For Tie Rod

The PVC cone system is a formwork accessory that protects concrete tie rods during concrete forming and shuttering. In the formwork PVC cone system, there is a PVC pipe (sleeve) and two PVC cones.
The system’s PVC pipe has an outer diameter of 25mm and an inner diameter of 22mm. It is called a PVC sleeve or a 25mm PVC tube.
While the PVC cones are the PVC sleeve ends in the concrete system. Thus, it is also referred to as a 25mm PVC Cone.
PVC cones are conical with a top outer diameter of 21.5mm and a bottom outer diameter of 44mm.
These sizes are perfect for covering standard D15 (15/17mm) tie bars, protecting and separating them from the concrete during concrete pouring and curing. The tie bars can then be reused for different projects.
