Forged Mason's Clamp

A mason clamp is an adjustable hammer-type shuttering clamp (formwork clamp) forged from a C45 high-strength steel rod, used to hold steel or wood shutter panels/boards in place during shuttering concrete pours, to accurately lay out and mark, and to support brick wall alignment during bricklaying. The mason clamp is also called a bricklayer’s clamp or wood clamp.

The forged mason’s clamp was invented in France and is popular in France and Italy, so it is also called the French mason clamp or Italian mason clamp, including curved-top (G-type) and flat-top (F-type) mason’s clamps.
