Facade Speedy Frame Scaffold
Facade scaffold speedy frames are a type of European scaffolding frame system, 0.36m, 0.73 m and 1.09m wide, 1.0 m and 2 m high, made of O.D. 48.3 mm scaffold tube for verticals and a top channel horizontal, two corner plates, and a rectangular section at the bottom with a toe board pin fixed on. It is designed by Layher Germany and called the Speedyscaff frame or star frame.
The European scaffolding speedy frames are used for facade scaffold construction, thus called a facade frame scaffold. One set of the facade speedy frame includes two assembly frames, 4 adjustable base plates, scaffold decks, guardrails, diagonal braces, and toe boards, featuring rapid assembly, no need for a spirit level, and easy, safe installation. European Facade Speedy Frame System Components
Assembly frames are the main vertical members of the European facade scaffold system. The European frame scaffold standard size is 0.73m wide and 2 m high. Speedy frames are designed with top channel sections that allow the steel deck to slide inside and avoid conflicts with plank hooks. At the bottom, rectangular sections with toe board pins secure the toe board directly, with no need for any extra fittings.
Steel decks for the European facade scaffold speedy frames are 320mm wide with U hooks that match the top channel of the assembly frames. The steel decks are in standard lengths of 1.57m to 3.07m, which are the distances between the frames when assembling the facade scaffolding construction.
Guardrails are a single-type scaffold guard rail with a housing wedge mechanism, allowing them to be secured directly to the speedy vertical frames with no need for any fittings.
The speedy frame scaffold toe boards are timber or metal and are side protection components of the speedy frame facade scaffold system. They are fixed to the toe board pins at the bottom of the speedy frames, securing the side protection boards, and are fixed without moving automatically, with no need for any extra fittings/pins.
European Facade Scaffold Speedy Frames In Robot Manufacturing
This is the robotic manufacturing of the 0.73m speedy frame scaffolding in Wellmade. The 0.73m speedy frame scaffold is made of O.D. 48.3 x 2.7 mm scaffold tubes with spigot and ribbed top-channel horizontals and rectangular-section tubes. There are also 0.36m narrow speedy frames and 1.09m wide speedy frames.
The speedy frames will be hot dip galvanized after welding.
