An edge-safe panel is a steel mesh barrier with toe boards welded at the bottom to be fixed with trench panels,  piles, and trench boxes to provide perimeter edge protection to an excavation.

The edge safe is called edge safe barriers, edge safe or trench guard panels. They are lightweight and easy to install by hand to form a temporary protection system between the workforce/civilians and the trench when excavation. The kick boards(toe boards) at the bottom prevent the debris from falling onto the operative working below during an excavation.

  2. Insert hydro posts into the clamp socket
  3. Thread Edge Safe Panels On Two Posts
  4. Repeat the Above Processes for Any Subsequent Panels Ensuring That Any Panels Over Lapping By a Minimum of 100mm
  5. When All The Posts Have Been Secured. Can Start Excavations and Construction
