Dog ear steel planks are galvanised steel scaffold walkboards made of special-shaped steel profiles designed with dog ear plank hooks and wind latches at two ends of the profile, in sizes of 9.5” (240mm) width and 3’ to 10’ long.

Dog Ear Steel Planks

Dog-ear steel planks have hooks shaped like dog ears. They are a type of steel walk boards for the USA and Canada ringlock scaffolding system. Sometimes, they are used in a cuplock scaffolding system. Also called ATP (at-pac) steel planks.

Dog Ear Steel Scaffolding Planks Features

  1. Anti-slip designed with non-slip board surfaces
  2. Provide a seamless work platform through an end-to-end interlocking system with zero gaps
  3. Take heavy weight with special designed reinforced steel profile
  4. Designed to lie flush with the scaffold horizontals (ledgers, transoms, etc.) to prevent trip hazards
  5. Designed with strong wind latches that prevent lifting from the horizontal, even in bad weather
  6. Non-corrosion with hot-dip galvanising finishing
