But the poplar sheets are easy to deform and have less resilience after 6-10 times uses. That is why poplar type 4×8 plastic plywood are used popular in civil construction but not used popular in highway concrete, and bridge construction.
Eucalyptus Sheets 4×8 Plastic Plywood
Eucalyptus sheets are tougher than poplar sheets. Thus Eucalyptus 4×8 plastic plywood can use more times than the poplar plastic plywood. But the price and cost are higher than poplar sheets 4×8 plastic plywood. In manufacturing, you can choose poplar and eucalyptus mixed sheets to save the 4×8 plastic plywood cost.

4×8 plastic plywood is a recycled formwork material. It can be used in concrete forming construction to form smooth and nice concrete walls and slabs, columns, etc. You can cut the 4×8 plastic plywood in other sizes during the concrete shuttering.
While the 4×8 plastic plywood sheets are also used as parts of the metal ply formwork system. The metal ply formwork system Includes steel ply formwork systems and aluminum ply formwork systems.

4×8 plastic plywood thicknesses are always customized. While there is the following common required thick plastic plywood in 4’x8′: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 23mm, 24mm, 25mm, etc.
The thickness tolerance of the 4×8 plastic plywood is ±0.5mm. This tolerance is suitable when you use them in metal ply formwork panels too.
