Extension Base Plate for Frame Scaffold
24” scaffold extension base plate is also called the extension leg. It is a type of scaffold base plate welded with a long tube and 8 holes drilled in the long tube.
The 24” scaffold extension base plates are used to adjust frame scaffolding. The long tube is also called the inner tube. It is 1-3/8” in diameter, and is suitable to be inserted into the frame scaffold vertical tubes with a diameter of 1.69” and 1.625”.
The base plate size of the extension plate is 5”x5” and is made of high-strength steel. You can join and lock the extension plate to the scaffold vertical tube by scaffold hinged pins or wire lock span pins in construction.
For rusty-free purposes, you can ask for an extension base plate with a surface finishing of E-galvanized (zinc-plated), Powder coated, and hot dip galvanized.
More than the 24″ extension base plate, there are sizes of 6″, 12″, 15″, 18″, 21″, and 30″ too. Send us a mail to get more details and an immediate price.
